2. Purchases & Downloads

Digital Prints

• All digital print purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to your registered email.

• It is your responsibility to download and securely store your purchased files.

• Buzzingers does not guarantee color accuracy across all devices and printers.

Merchandise Orders

• All merchandise is made-to-order once an order is placed.

• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

• Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@buzzingers.com with order details and photos.

3. Usage License & Restrictions (Digital Prints Only)

When purchasing a digital print from india.buzzingers.com, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.

Allowed Use

✅ Print the artwork for personal display or décor.
✅ Upload the file to print-on-demand websites (e.g., Printo, VistaPrint, Printful) for personal use only.
✅ Personalize the artwork (add text, background, or overlays) using Buzzingers’ tools or a third-party editing service.

Prohibited Use

🚫 Reselling, redistributing, or modifying digital files for commercial gain.
🚫 Uploading Buzzingers designs to any third-party marketplace (e.g., Redbubble, Etsy, or Society6) for sale.
🚫 Claiming ownership or copyright of Buzzingers’ original designs.

All rights, ownership, and copyrights remain the exclusive property of Buzzingers.com.

4. Merchandise Sales

All merchandise listed on india.buzzingers.com is custom-printed per order.

• Product colors and placement may slightly vary due to monitor and printing differences.

• Shipping timelines and rates are displayed at checkout.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, pin code, and courier availability.

5. Third-Party Printing Services

If you use a third-party service to print a digital file purchased from Buzzingers:

• Buzzingers.com is not responsible for print quality, delays, or delivery handled by those third parties.

• All issues must be resolved directly with the chosen print provider.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, artwork, and content on india.buzzingers.com remain the intellectual property of Buzzingers.com.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, commercial use, or distribution of any artwork is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Buzzingers strives to ensure that all descriptions, colors, and representations are accurate. However:

• Digital print outcomes may vary based on the printer or medium used.

• Buzzingers is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during shipping by third-party logistics partners.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total order value.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
