We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order — whether digital or physical — meets your expectations.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Prints (Instant Downloads)

All digital print purchases are final and non-refundable.

Since digital files are delivered instantly via download link after payment, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if you encounter issues such as:

• Broken or missing download link

• File not received within 24 hours of purchase

Please contact us at support@buzzingers.com and we’ll ensure you receive your purchased files promptly.

2. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Wall Art, etc.)

All merchandise sold on india.buzzingers.com is made-to-order, printed exclusively for you once your order is placed.

A. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received (different print, size, or color than ordered)

• Defective, misprinted, or damaged product upon delivery

To request a return or replacement:

1. Email support@buzzingers.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return or replacement process.

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost or, in some cases, a refund may be issued to your original payment method.

B. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Products with minor color or placement variations (due to different screen or print settings)

• Orders placed with incorrect size, design, or shipping address entered by the customer

• Customized or personalized products made as per your instructions

• Gift cards, discounts, or promotional items

3. Refund Process (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Buzzingers reserves the right to reject refund claims if product misuse or customer error is detected.

4. Shipping Delays or Damages

Buzzingers works with trusted courier partners across India.
However, in rare cases of shipping delays, lost parcels, or transit damage, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Unavailability of the recipient during delivery attempts

• Courier service disruptions or natural events

5. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

• Merchandise orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.

• To cancel an eligible order, email us immediately at support@buzzingers.com with your order ID.
